After you sign up for Nestling Sparrow, we take time to learn about you, your concerns, goals, and mental health history—then match you with a therapist who’s the best fit for your unique journey.

Can I change my therapist if they aren't a fit?

We want you to feel supported in your therapy journey. If you feel your therapist may not be the best fit, reach out your Client Support Coordinator support@nestlingsparrow.com We’ll help connect you with another therapist who may be a better fit, based on availability.

Does Nestling Sparrow provide faith-based therapy?

Yes. We offer faith-based therapy for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the counseling process. This approach combines clinically proven therapeutic techniques with the client’s personal faith values, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. Faith-based therapy can address a wide range of mental health concerns while honoring the role of spirituality in overall well-being. Whether you want to include your faith as a core part of therapy or just touch on it occasionally, Doctors are here to meet you where you are.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

No worries—life happens! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by logging into our client portal. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Reminder: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $70 late cancellation fee.

Does Nestling Sparrow offer medication management?

We don’t currently offer medication management, but we’re happy to provide you with a referral to trusted professionals who can help.

What credentials do Nestling Sparrow therapists have?

Our team includes licensed mental health professionals such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) or higher education. Clients also have the option to work with highly skilled master’s-level counselors who are completing their training toward licensure. These counselors work under the close supervision of licensed therapists to ensure the highest quality of care.
